Sorry was unavailable for comments.
As a non-BB user I have different needs. The sphere db is useless although any sessions I want to go to have been synched to my calendar already(and more daily).
Always carry my charger, plus a 4way outlet to share with others.
See my recent post on the Ideapad which will give me a little more than my phone.
I like your list but more important to me than where I am staying(as I am driving) is my list of what booths I want to visit, any friends or people I MUST or should see.
And of course some twitter client on my phone. But it dog eats all my battery power.
