I'm struggling as my company sees value in my continuing to blog on their site and I'm feeling I want to split it out as I don't think I'll see the value in blogging where I don't get the same exposure as before. So I guess I'm looking for advice from the others here? If I do choose to do my own and want to keep it in the Domino Blog template, anyone have any ideas for a good place or way to host that?
