In a way, they can be. The editors and author can pass along the url of a pending document, however pending articles aren't listed at the site since they are not yet published.

My question sounded like I was asking as an Editor, which I am not. To clarify, can some or all of the content at ~/voting be public?

@Daniele, good stuff!
@Dan, http://www.lotusjournal.com/voting/ highlights everything that needs voting, and thanks for the catch on the typo!

Yancy, I think you meant "Published" under Notes For Authors #3. Curiously, are there guidelines for Editors as to which articles to vote or not vote on?

Yeah Yancy, I'm looking forward to write more and more articles. (and maybe republish older posts in a better form).

I think that the "quality" content in a "quality" container like Lotus journal will be over time even more valuable than single posts in YellowBleeders blogs.

To me quality is the first value for the customer experience. I can never stop saying this (see: http://lotusknows.ideajam.net/ideajam/ibm/lotusknows/ideajam.nsf/0/6989502136B0380E8625761800611371).

Today there's a lot of "movement" around Lotus (see openNTF) but I think we should hold our breath and work on QA, whatever we create.

The direction the Lotus community has taken is good but now it's time to work on quality stuff, not just "cool" stuff.

Thanks for everything (PlanetLotus, LotusJournal...)
